How to remove Metacafe pop up?

I am getting a pop up that is extremely annoying.
It says:
File Download - Security Warning
Name:...gcolor=FFFFFFnick=TheCautiousManemail=
Type:HTML Document
From:Ibcore1.metacafe.com
I scanned my computer with malwarebytes but with no results.
Can anyone tell me how to remove it manually?
