how to remove graffiti from the background of a photo?

I have a photo of my daughter which I would like to frame, however, she is in front of a wall covered in graffiti. I would like to get rid of the graffiti but don't know how to. I have picasa 3 but can't find a way on that. I also need to get it done asap. Hope someone can help
