How to remove a wheel stuck to rotor on a Chevy S10 pickup?

I didn't think about it at the time but when I put my wheel on the new rotor it got tight too early. I though it was odd but pushed it on as far as I could then put the lugs on and used the screw power of the lugs to force it the rest of the way on.

Now that it's time to change the brakes I've got a stuck wheel. Any advice for removing a wheel stuck to the rotor? I've read about possible answers on here but I think this "stuck" is my fault, not weather or aluminum rims.

I can't imagine a wheel getting stuck that tight to the rotor. Try sitting on your butt in front of the tire (with the lug nuts off) and alternately kick the front and rear of the tire with it off the ground. Or, you might find a big bruiser in the neighborhood to try this for you.

try beating it off with a sledge hammer.from the back side of the rim. both might pop off. the rotor slides over the lugs the same as the the rim does.
