How to refill a empty radiator on a jeep?

I recently had to replace a water pump on my jeep cherokee 2004 3.7 litre and I am trying to refill coolant so I was wondering where do you pour the coolant in - at pressure tank or do I remove alan key plug near top hose on the aluminium housing.
 
I don't think they had radiator caps anymore in '04, so pour it into the tank, run it, then check it and top it off if needed
