How to Redirect to Canvas After adding a tab to page? (Facebook App,PHP SDK)?

Hi everyone I'm new in developing facebook application.

I would like to ask how to redirect back to canvas page after going throught the add.php?

This is the solution i found and it seems negative

but there is a suggested solution posted here

some even say can be solve if using Javascript SDK's FB.login().

But I'm using PHP SDK.

do anyone know the solution using PHP SDK?
May i know the wat to access the old REST API's admin.setAppProperties using the new PHP SDK to set the post_authorize_redirect_url??
