I bought a phone from a friend who is in the military and deployed overseas. I've been using the phone for about 2 days and didn't charge it so the battery died. When I powered it back up found out it has a password. I don't know what it is and I can't get hold of my friend. I took it to the customer service, they told me they can't reset phone passwords. They can only exchange it for a new one but I don't have any warranty on it to have it replaced. Is there anything I can do or take it somewhere where someone might be able to help me? Thanks a lot.
