how to recover a bad bios flash?

I didn't do this and i don't know what happened (flashing through windows i think) i got an old GA-K8N Ultra-SLI mainboard. When the board powers up all the fans spin up the cd/dvd drive reads for a bit and that's it the monitor doesn't turn on at all. It is a duel bios mainboard so both chips must be corrupt. I've cleared the cmos taken the battery out and the chips don't come out. I was wondering if their was anything else that can be done or somewhere to start?

any help would be great cheers
