How to put photos from google images to facebook?

Hey, i started a new group on facebook, and dont know how to get photos from google images, to the group's profile picture thingy? I am new and dont really know how at all....Do I like have to download the picture from google images to my hard drive and stuff like that? Plz help!
 
Well as far as i know,
I think you havta download the picture first onto yur computer,
then you will be able to upload it onto the group.

What I think you may be able to do is..........punch up the picture, and right click on the picture...you should see the menu, and down the menu you might see....."copy"....................on the Facebook end, you might set your cursor, and right click, to paste.
