How to put music on HTC Incredible w/ cover art?

I just got an HTC Incredible on Thursday. My dad is completely convinced that I don't need an iPod anymore, since it can do pretty much anything. As they said "Droid does".

In order for me to move my music onto my phone, I want my cover art to be transferred along with my iTunes music. Is there an application that I could download to my MacBook Pro? Or do i have to do it all manually? Any advice?

I personally don't want to put my music on my phone, seeing as the battery life is super bad. But it would be nice to have some for some leisurely listening.

Please note that I do have a Mac, for any software, or tips.
