how to put custom ringtones on a motorola razr?

i tried transferring a .wmv format ringtone through bluetooth and wanted to know how to make it possible to put any ringtone on this btw its the sprint version of the phone any ideas or programs i can use to do this?
the .wmv file showed up played when i listened to it but it wont sound when someone calls me
