how to put a hemi into a dodge intrepid?

so i have a 1994 dodge intrepid 3.3L v6. this is hypothetical. say i could get my hands on an old charger hemi or v8. how would i go about putting it into my car and swapping out everything needed
 
well.. i doubt it would fit transverse, so you would have to modify engine mounts, make the vehicle rear wheel drive, put a rear diff. in it, new tranny, get all of that set up get a new computer
all in all
not worth it, BUT if it would fit in sideways AND the bell housing matched up (which i doubt) then just get a new computer
