how to put a dvd on a flash dr?

you can turn it into an avi file, which is pretty small. then, you can just transfer it over to the flash drive. a program like "Opell DVD to AVI MPEG MOV RM FLV WMV SWF iPod PSP 3GP Zune" would do the trick

if you really want to transfer the whole DVD, which I would assume is in an ISO file or some sort of single image file, get a program call HJsplit, and split that one image file of the DVD into parts of smaller than 4gb, so... lets jsut say 3.5gb to be safe (I would just split the file into 100mb files to make the transfer process easier on the computer). transfer the files onto the flash drive, and use the same program to join the splitted file on another computer.

your flash drive is a FAT or FAT32 system. the max file size is 4GB. that's why it wont transfer over.
