How To Publish Newsletter From Publisher?

I have a friend uses Publisher and makes a newsletter and he wants me to put it on my site for him.

But he keeps sending me junk that won't display as a web page.

Well now we've got to where he's sent me a Publisher file (.pub) which opens up in Publisher and tells me it is "Newsletter as a Published Web Site.pub" It is a three page document.

Which sounds fine but it is no use to me within Publisher so I 'Publish' it to my hard drive.

Then I look at it on Localhost with my IIS server and I get the first page but no more.

If I go to the second page and 'publish' that I still get only the first page.

Looks to me like he's made a 3 page 'Newsletter' document and then saved it as a Web Site as per the advertising - but without links it can't operate as a web site....

I'm thinking (I don't use Publisher) he should have started with a Web Site of some sort. A quick look and I see there is no 'Newsletter' template for Web Sites and maybe that's why he picked the simple document Newsletter template.

Would this be right?

What can I do about this?

Even if I were to edit his htm and provide links currently I can't download his second and third pages...... I suppose if I peer around sufficiently I might find a way, but whilst hassling with him over this I've had some experience of what Publisher is liable to do when saving a page as .htm... bugger it all up! So I'm not keen to take that route.

I'd like to find - if it is there - the way to get a hassle free 'newsletter web site' out of Publisher.

And how to fix his current thing so's it becomes that, if possible?
Considering one reply I must make it clear that Publisher 'publishes' a correct .htm file (of the first page). All that stuff about doing it myself is unnecessary and beside the point. You need Publisher expertise to answer this: it is a Publisher question. How To Get A Web Site From A Publisher Publication That Ain't A Web Site But Thinks It Is ? :)
