How to progress a damages claim in a strata complex?

I lodged a damages claim when a water ingress affected my unit causing my floorboards to swell. The Strata insurer inspected and approved the claim but the Strata Manager has not responded to the Strata Insurer's contact to get additional repair quotes and as a result they have closed my claim. I have tried to ask the Strata Manager why they are not responding to the Insurer, but have not received any feedback.The Insurers are just waiting on the repairs to be completed and that has taken over a year. Any ideas on how to get the Strata manager to act!
