Ok, so im the goalie on my indoor soccer team, and i have multiple games a week, and with more than one game, i dont have time for my turf burns to heal properly.
Now, i usually get the rugburns from diving (on my elbows) and sliding (on my knees)
ive tried band aids, but they fall off SO easily and do nothing.
Ive tried taping the bandaids on, but those dont usually last either, OR i just bleed through the wrap+tape job.
I feel like knee pads will drive me crazy, but they might be my best choice...
What do you think?
