how to prevent too much bass from damaging your car?

I have a toyota celica and I really love this car so much I recently had 2 12" subs and an 800 watt amp hooked up this car really shakes and im worried about stuff coming loose on the car how do I prevent stuff coming loose or damaging anything?
p.s I know its bad for my hearing but I love bass and have my hearing checked every year and it isnt getting any worse and I have my ipod on all the time
 
I would worry about permanent hearing loss more than your car falling apart.
 
do screwdriver maintenance.
i have heard several times mid range is much worse on your ears then bass, i have even heard low bass does not hurt your hearing, i do not know.
 
dud when the last time you heard someone say dang my trunk fell off never you have nothing to worry about ok just keep on banging
