i have just been accepted into the army national guard, and my ship date for boot camp is AUGUST 19th.
my final drill weekend is the end of JULY.
i currently jog a 9:30 1 mile,
20 push-ups in a minute,
and several sit ups in a minute.
what is the best way to build all of these up over the next 5 months?
