seeing a gynecologist for the first time (i am 20... i know, late to see one!!) i have anxiety when it comes to doctors, especially the gynecologist. i have body image issues so even thinking about a doctor seeing all my parts makes me nervous. about how long is a typical first gyno exam? does any of it hurt? how should i prepare? any and all advice welcome!
