How to post requests for British shows?

Hello,

I was wondering is there any standard mechanism or format to post requests for UK shows?

I am specifically looking for Season 3 & 4 of a show called Murphy's Law.

A chatty little newsgroup community with all of their text posts. Use a good text newsreader, which would not be Outlook Express.
