how to post html from dreamweaver like with the graphics and stuff that i put in?

i made a index for my website..but it came out simple text form?????idk wat to do help i made a cool layout and crap with dreamweaver but everytime i post it it comes out with no graphics or color just text!!!help!!!plzzz
ok i didnt make myself clear enough i have the images on the server and everything i have the images somewhat but not the cool text color and crap could it be becuz my browser?
