How to play mixed sports?

I have only seen it once.

Get all the male players from different codes in a very large circle.

Bring in a nude girl in a big cardboard box, put it in the centre, when she jumps out all the guys race into the centre and you get mixed sports.

Today was the monthly 'fun day' (if you'd like to call it that) at our school...it's boarding school, they try.

Anyway, there was soccer outside and it was the boys A level team against the girls A level teams. We (the boys) won, 2-1. The problem was that we, physically, are so much larger than they are -- about 30-40 pounds at least. You don't realize how much that is until they try to apply shoulder pressure and you realize than if you return too much, they will go to the ground. Obviously...it really limits you.

I'm Canadian (by birth anyway) and played hockey growing up (before coming here for school). I remember one girl, with footwork like you've never seen, was like a paperweight on my shoulder and I nearly checked her to the ground without knowing it.

I felt really guilty and just ran up and down the field for the rest of the game without doing anything/being afraid of hurting someone.

How can you play mixed sports like soccer? Tips?

Just play your natural game mate. You don't need to worry about who's on the other side of the fence if you know what I mean. I mean they asked for it in the first place. There's a reason why in physical sports, mixed play is not allowed because the boys always have an upper-hand but if the girls want equality so shall they get. In sports, there are bound to be causalities. Don't let the fear of hurting someone peg you back...that's just lame!
