Being late in the year it would be best to let the seeds germinate indoors in pots untill they are around 4-6 inches tall then you can transplant them to your cultiveated spot. make sure they get plenty of sun and enough water and not too much. P.s try putting you produce scraps in your garden soil that will add tons of neutiants! to help you plants grow..
