There is no real way to help palm a basketball, but an easier way to do it if you are close is to put the tips of your fingers in the indent rings on the ball and really squeeze. But, if your not a strong person in the wrists, or don't have very big hands, you will either have to wait till your hands grow if your still growing, but if your not then tough luck. Its impossible with smaller hands.
