I am a size 16/18 and want to exercise more and loose weight but the thing that is stopping me is that I'm too embarrassed to join a gym, classes, going running, swimming in case people are looking am me i keep thinking that they will be saying why is that fat girl here?
I also have a major portion and unhealthy eating problem does anyone have any ideas how to overcome the embarrassment and cut down on meals and eat the right things?
