How to organise different contact list from different sources to google contacts

Well lets just say, I have a phone Nokia N73, an Iphone and an android phone. The problem is i have contacts in all three phones. Some are different ans some are same but could have slight different names for same contacts. In Short no phone has my complete set of contacts with all information about that contact.

Like for a particular contact one phone could be missing the email but the other could have one. Pretty confusing right?

Now i want to "merge" all the contact list to one form i.e google contacts. Is there a good tool for a PC which would help me organize this mess i have created?
 
thanks for the reply ..This is a good solution for those who doesn't have much editing to do in their contacts, for me google contacts was able to detect only some duplicated. now their are more then 50 duplicate left. Now doing it manually is a long process. also editing is done online and saving becomes slow on my internet. I was looking for a pc application.

I think none exist.
