How to operate pocket bike?

i just won a WVPR-204 pocket bike. Im not too sure how to operate it. Which is the gas supply cock and choke lever? I notice 3 things that i can turn. first the red button at the left steering. Then theres a lever for "open" at the motor, then theres a white plastic twist key thing beside it. theres no words on it or anything. i was wondering which is which and how would i start running the bike safely. Thanks

(the manual that comes with it is for a diff bike.... the label stuck on the bike for how to start the engine says... turn the gas supply cock on then set the choke lever into closed position. pull the engine starting line twice then a hard pull. then after running for a minute. put the choke lever into open positon)
 
starting the 2010 mvpr-204

#1 open the gas line by switching the white plastic piece to the vertical (up and down position) #2 Then put the lever next to it all the way up (which is lowest throttle) #3 press the red button on the handle to the down position. #4 PULL CORD #5 Run the bike for a minute or so..Slowly open the throttle all the way, near the white plastic gas valve (put the lever all the way down). GO ENJOY!
