how to open the dome light cover of my toyota avensis 1.8 vvti 2000 X reg?

ders definitely some problem with the dome light of my car..
if its on..
it goes off after some tym n wont come on at all for.. i dont know..
3-4 hrs....(neither on the "on" mode nor on the "door" mode)
if sum 1 knows wats the prob please tell me wat is it n how to fix it..
also tell me how to open the dome light cover..
i tried everythin..
cant open it!!!
if possible please put up a video sumwhere..(if u have the same car)
(dont give links to the youtube vids coz they dont match the specifications of the dome light of my car)
