How to open OTP in phone?

do you know what OTP means? OTP=one time programmed memory, so after program it is uniqe serial number/in phones IMEI/, how ever you can read it with UP&UP flash programer, but you cannot reprogram it........so there is only two ways to change this zone, the real is to change flash chip and program it like new one, also you must program OTP zone, another solution is named "patch" i belive if you use search button you will find evrithing here

There is no way to change IMEI and ESN to factory (empty) state. Patch will not work if service (PapuaUtils, X-Focus) programs is used. These programs are reading IMEI and ESN directly from OTP zone. So you cannot fool any service center, but it will work if your servivice provoder (networkoperator) checks for IMEI.

and for programming the empty OTP zone, use PapuaUtils with FREEZE option!
 
Along time ago I had one siemens sl55 with possibility to change IMEI
The original IMEI wasnt LOCKED, this phone was from CHINA
 
So there is no way to erase full flash (with OTP) ? Any programmer (either withouth phone?)
 
Even if U desolder the flashIC from phone, and put it into flash programmer, the OTP zone is closed!
So U can't erase that zone!
U can buy tottaly empty FlashIC, and U can program this flash , but, once again, the OTP zone will be writed ONCE!
 
Ok, in older PU there was an option "Close OTP Zone". What does it mean ?? OTP zone is closed normaly so what do that option ?? So what close that option ??
 
This option is for new flash chips with opened OTP - you can write random IMEI, ESN and close OTP zone. Now there's option "freeze".
