How to not use electronics?

I hate using electronics like computers and phones ect because I don't think people really think about what they say over them. I need to use them for my parents and everything but is there some way to avoid it?

Its really hard to say this cause people used to live without them all the time but i say absolutely not near impossible.

It would be very difficult, seeing that practically everyone in the world uses technology, (phones, internet, computers), so really you are giving up communication to others. Unless you have no friends or family it would almost be impossible.
