I bought an exercise bike in september - was goign well was riding 30 mins - 45 mins a day or at least 4 times a week...it then got less and less. christmas came and i stopped and put on weight - now i just cant seem to find the motivation to get back on the bike even though its right by my bed!!arghh im sooo lazy i know - just wondered what others do - i try to get on it in the morning. how long will it take to notice weight loss from the bike?many thanks
