This may seem like a typical question but I am 18 and I am petite and I have recently noticed that I have been gaining some extra chub in my stomach and face. I don't want to get fat but I always get huge cravings and I never feel full. I always eat way too much and I can't control it. Also, I don't live on my own so my parents always buy nasty food and I always say to stop buying it but they don't really care. How can I be healthy and force myself to exercise? What kind of exercises can i do? I want to lose my stomach fat/mid section. I used to be able to wear fitted shirts and now it looks so bad on me. I definitely gained weight. I'm afraid if I don't exercise now then I will become unhealthy. Also, I live a pretty lazy lifestyle and it's really hard for me to do anything active...
