i have some kicker 12" cvr's and a zx750.1 amp to go with it. i also have a kenwood deck. when i bought these subs from a guy, they were unbearably loud! and when i first put them in my car they were loud. but i accidentaly bumped the dials on my amp and they all moved around. there is the freq response. which i remember was always on the lowest level. but i forgot where the gain was and the bass boost was set on the amp. i think the bass boost was set around 60% max but the gain i forgot what it was at, but i think it may have been around half, not sure. so, if anyone knows how to maximize these subs, please let me know.
Btw... my kenwood deck has bass boost x2, my volume meter (loud) is +8, and bass(low) is neutral or 0. i usually only go up to 22 to 25 max cause i do not want to blow out any of my door speakers.
