how to match my fiesta 1991 siver with the right touch up paint?

Your paint code should be on the compliance plate under the bonnet!
Take this to a paint shop and they should be able to help you with matching the paint code.
 
Any car parts store that you go to can match the right paint just give them your info and let them d the work. Why are you touching up a piece of crap like a fiesta.
