I have web development business. In my business i have people who sits ideal becuase there is no project. Along with i have a 2 hr executive. Older one used to give trainining to the trainee. she is very arrogant and never share any idea . like course material and all. she used to work last 1 year. Another HR is very co-operative and good nature. But she never given any training before but she is capable to giving training. But older hr never share any cource material last she deleted from the system .Older one think she will replaced by new one. I have very tight finacial situation. I want to keep only one . Please suggest what to do. My illution is if i sack older one ( she is already giving training so will it effect my business and secondly i don't like her) if i sack what is the reason should i give. should i keep older or newer.
