I've been making forum signatures for awhile. But there's always been something very unique that i never have found a tutorial on how to do it. It's when you place diagnol lines that go across the whole picture on the top layer.
Heres two examples i found, the first one is exactly what i'm talking about.

Notice in the first one, if you can see it with keen eyes. The diagnol lines that run across, does anyone know how to do that? Please & Thank you
