How to make Symbian Software ?

Hi

I am student of final year BE in computer science.
I have to make a symbian software for nokia s60 mobiles
But i don't know how to do that.I am specialized in windows exe application.
But as i have knowledge of c++ so i am sure i can make sis software too
Please help me
