how to make it show Name and number in Nokia E72 Call Log?

I'm using a Nokia E72 on Fido right now, when people's calling me, I can see their name even when they are not in my contacts. but when i hang uo the phone, there's only phone numbers in the call log? what happened? is there any way to show people's Name and numberi n Nokia E72 Call Log? thanks a lot
 
Do you have some 3rd party app installed because I've never seen that happen? I've always gotten the phone number only when calls come in that are not in my contacts...
 
Might be a CallerID type app, that does a quick lookup . Not sure why it doesn't integrate with (and retain/display) the CallerID info in your E72 phonebook.

If this isn't free, or if you can find a free alternative, I have heard the Ovi store has a few CallerID (and advanced call mute/block unique ring etc) apps.
 
This the problem with all E Series symbian phones. They only show the caller name when ringing and after that only number in call logs. Last time I checked N97 fully supports CNAP (Aka: Rogers name display). I am not sure if the newer Symbian 3 supports it? You have to live with it....or use ContactEx app to give partial support with lots of other interesting features... and can be found @ http://groups.google.com/group/ContactsEx
