How to make images smaller?

I have taken a whole load of pictures with our 10 megapixel camera. when i try to email them, it turns out they are way to big... each one is 3.5mb, and 3456 x 2592... huge. how can i make them a suitable size for emailing because on aol it is only letting me send 1 or 2 at a time. i use kodak if that helps. thanks
