I have met so many people since I have had move to the US. However I, have very little friends.
It seems to me that in the US people are not as friendly as in other countries.
Why is this?
Why people seem to be so caution of anything, so untrusting, so cold with each other so unwelcoming?
I moved recently to a new neighborhood and I have had tried to make friends but, unsuccessfully, I wonder if it is because I am an immigrant, is because I am a mother? Because I am not perfect?
I invite people over, and from 8 or 10 people one respond and it seems that is the way because I have tried many times.
I am a nice person and very willing to do good things for the neighborhood and for anybody really but, so far it seems to me that it is a waste of time and effort.
Why are so people so disconnected in the US?
I am asking a real question so, I want a real answer and to prevent some comments I am a legal resident so you know.
