How to make cold air intake for 93 Chrysler new yorker?

I have a 1993 chrysler new yorker, with a 3.8 liter v6. I would like to make a cold air intake and am wondering what im going to need to make the cold air intake...i do not want to buy the assembly so thats not an option just as little as possible the most cost effective
