No. They are not U.S. citizens and are therefore not covered by the Bill of Rights. Also they are more like prisoners of war, rather than domestic criminals.

Terrorists who are not detained in the United States or are not American citizens do not deserve the same rights. They deserve the rights as Enemy Prisoners of War.

The Allies dealt very effectively with the Nazis after WWII with military tribunals (Not Trial by Jury)... the downside is that Terrorists dont have the paper trails that Nazi leaders had, to make the trials more "legitimate"
