how to make an automatic-changing flash slide show?

i'm using flash pro 8 and i want to make a slide show for a website that has to do this:

-have a transparent background for cropped pictures to sit on top of
-automatically change by itself

if anyone can help that would be awesome just give some details because this is my first time using this software :P
