How to make a uncensored website

I want to make a anime uncensored site but I have no idea how to just like Sailor Moon uncensored telling all about the differences between the dub and original japanese versions of a anime how do i.
 
That sort of thing is pretty pointless nowadays. Not to mention horribly out of date, since most people can simply compare dub to sub pretty easily now.

You need a least a fair knowledge of HTML, and some graphical know-how. If you can find someone like that, you're set.

Web sites aren't all that difficult to make. Once you've got the site designed (through a program like Frontpage/Expressions or a pre-made layout), you'll need hosting. There are free providers, though you get very little bandwidth. If you want your own website name (mine is defunctzorabie.net for example), you'll have to buy it. I pay about $70 a year. Pre-made layouts aren't that bad. I use one myself and I'm actually starting to change it and learning how to do intermediate HTML.

Your ISP may provide some minimal hosting, you'll have to check into that.
