How to make a Toyota echo into a parody "street racer" cheap?

I want to insult every idiot out there with a Japanese "hot rod" with under-glow, fart cans and so on. I intend to do this by creating a parody using a two door 2002 Toyota Echo and I need ideas that are cheap and easy. They don't have to function and the more ridiculous the better.
 
I hate them all because they are all cheap matchbox rice burners that can only perform once then they are busted, buy American Muscle because facts are facts and 300-400 horse stock doesn't lie.
