i want to start eating salads everyday but the problem is i am not sure what vegetables go good together. i always hear people say to be healthier you need to eat "raw foods" and salads but they never say exactly what and i'm a picky eater. i don't like those little cherry tomatoes and i don't want to add too much dressing or extra things i want it to be simple and healthy with few ingredients but also taste good because it's pointless to buy lettuce and carrots if i never eat it because i don't like the way it tastes. i've been wanting to eat healthy for a long time but i always fail and go back to my old ways can anyone give me some tips?
edit: no i will not add bacon bits or croutons people i want it to be healthy. a little dressing is fine i guess. my real question is what VEGETABLES taste good together! i am well aware of cranberries and nuts, thank you!
