READ THIS FIRST FOR THE LOVE OF GOD: i know what a midi file is (digitally processed sheet music) surprise <--- omg he does know what it is WOW. and i know why this conversion can be a daunting task but i know it must be possible
MY QUESTION: how can i convert a song or mp3 into a .mid file with decent quality .... in other words i want the midi to sound similar to the music in the song not the really nasty sounding conversions iv made
what i require "FREEWARE" that can do the conversion for me and also drown out the vocals from the song even if its a few different programs needed idc but it has to be 100% free no product limitations no try for xxxxx days and then buy 100% free means 100% free
also if possible i need directions on how to make it sound decent when i convert i dont want it sounding like the really badly made DIY ringtone composers in the old brick phones
now lastly i don't want posts saying midi is this that and the other iv done my research i know what it is so i don't want to be told what i already know, nor do i want people giving me random all in one converters if you don't specifically know it can do the task im after plz don't post it
now to all i apologise for my need to rave like a mad man but iv asked this before and always get ppl who lets say less than helpful would be a step up from there posts all in all any genuine help towards my goal is much appreciated tyvm
