How to make a Linux ISO bootable via flash drive?

I have an ISO of Linpus Linux (operating system). I have a netbook, which doesn't have a cd drive. I want to install this new OS via flash drive but I don't know how... I know it's possible to make a flash drive bootable, I'm just not sure how.
Is there some kind of program I have to use?
