how to make a html...?

i need to know how to make a html code from a adobe after effects video. when i try exporting any video from adobe after effects cs4, it either fails or isnt compatible with youtube, or any other browser that i can post it on. I am basicly trying to to post this video like on the web, but it isnt working. i've already tried quicktime.... doesnt work.
 
im not too sure what your trying to do but i would assume that you should convert it to whatever format youtube uses and upload it. if your wanting to put it on your website email me and ill tell you how to do it
