heh..ok...first dont wear it all the way down to where it bumps your butt every time you take a step...thats old skool..the new hip way is to wear it up tight..and it lasts longer that way...wear both straps on shoulders at all times...and dont put too much weight in it to overwhelm it and your back/shoulders also

Instead of a school backpack, I use a day pack like for hiking.
