How to make 98 Honda Civic HX quieter?

My grandma gave me her old 1998 Honda Civic HX as a graduation gift!!! It is supper nice inside and out, looks like it did the day she drove it off the lot! Red, two door, spoiler...

Anyway it’s not like supper load or anything… Like I said it’s in great condition! But it does make noise I mean it’s a gasoline engine you’re going to have that… I’m just wondering if there’s a way to make it even quieter without spending lots of money. Some people prefer loud cars but I think its way more impressive if you can’t even hear the engine! Like an all electric!
Also any other suggestions… Things I could add or modify to make it perform better. Even though it performs quite nicely as is!!!

U can always do the basic
headers
exhaust
intake
U can supercharge it or turbo it but on a hx its not really remended
but if u want engine sound the Sc will b better than a turbo
and the are direct fit
If U can find 1 know a days they are extinct lol

replace the tires with giant marshmallows and take that ridiculous loud pipe off of it, it will never be fast or furious. haha, hey you can buy sound deadening material for the fire wall and the underside of the hood. Soundproof carpet matting works good too. As far as the muffler the factory should be very quiet. It's just hard to kill the road noise on those little cans. Check and make sure granny didn't hit something(like a dog) and damage the exhaust.
